Supply Chain Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasts for logistics and warehouse operations.
• Analyze cost drivers to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
• Develop insightful financial models and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on trends.
• Maintain and improve reporting tools, assumptions, and methodologies.
• Partner with Fulfillment, Logistics, and Operations to ensure financial targets are achieved.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9 years in FP&A; ability to influence across functions.
• 2–3 years supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems; Power BI & Power Query preferred.
• MBA and/or CPA designation; multinational ops experience preferred.
