Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator (Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead logistics and freight across domestic and international moves.
• Schedule and optimize shipping timelines; select carriers and docs.
• Coordinate event shipments, returns, and special handling.
• Plan inventory with 3PLs; balance East/West fulfillment centers.
• Drive end-to-end inventory flow with contract manufacturers and AMS.
• Manage Amazon/Healf replenishment shipments and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or ops coordination (DTC/consumer goods)
• Experience with domestic/international freight, 3PLs, and contract manufacturing
• Familiar with Amazon Seller Central replenishment workflows
• Proficiency with supply chain tools (Flexport, Asana, Shopify, OrderDesk)
• Strong attention to detail; manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Collaborative, cross-functional with finance, manufacturing, and fulfillment
