Supply Chain Manager

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end supply chain operations; procure hardware and services.
• Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing and lead times.
• Manage material planning, inventory, and demand forecasting for rapid development.
• Partner with engineering and production to identify supply chain risks.
• Establish scalable procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
• Demonstrated experience with complex hardware supply chains and long-lead components.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management in aerospace.
• Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of AS9100, aerospace quality systems, and export compliance.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control processes.
