Supply Chain Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end procurement: source, negotiate, issue POs, and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Build procurement systems to track open POs, vendor commitments, and lead times.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and resolve delivery defaults against fixed lead times.
• Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers by cost, quality, and engineering needs.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into sourcing plans.
• Analyze demand forecasts tied to robot deployment to determine needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience as purchasing or procurement manager in hardware/electronics.
• Track record building procurement systems and processes in startup/rapid-growth environments.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts; resolve delivery defaults.
• Comfortable as a self-managed individual contributor; knows which stakeholders to involve.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
