Supply Chain Manager - Software & Indirect

📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle of software procurement from requirements gathering to renewal.
• Partner with Eng, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Ops to shape software sourcing strategy.
• Own indirect procurement focused on software, SaaS, cloud services, and tech subscriptions.
• Analyze software and indirect spend, evaluate supplier performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Own RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for software and indirect purchases.
• Lead negotiations for NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, licenses, and other contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in software procurement, strategic/indirect sourcing, vendor management.
• Experience negotiating software licensing, SaaS, cloud, and tech contracts.
• Strong analytical skills: spend data, licensing models, supplier performance.
• Detail-oriented with multi-contract management and organization.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across Eng, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Ops.
