Supply Chain Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Run day-to-day supply chain ops: purchasing, vendors, invoices, and orders.
• Own inventory accuracy across the device lifecycle; asset tracking and recovery.
• Own demand forecasting tied to enrollment; balance inventory vs service levels.
• Simplify device portfolio: reduce SKUs; optimize BOMs; improve efficiency.
• Manage 3PL and fulfillment partners; set SLAs; drive performance.
• Define KPIs; partner with Eng/Ops to automate inventories and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics; startup/scale experience preferred.
• Hands-on operator who builds scalable processes for long-term growth.
• Strong experience with inventory management, demand planning, supplier mgmt, and 3PL operations.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets, ERP, inventory platforms, and BI tools.
• Proven track record simplifying ops, optimizing inventory, and standardizing workflows.
