Supply Chain Planning Manager (Launch Vehicle Electronic Systems)

📋 Description

• Show initiative in developing new methods to ensure high-quality products and efficiency.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and understand suppliers capabilities and limitations.
• Take ownership of sourcing and cost management for existing platforms and new products.
• Manage cost with should-cost models for competitive analysis and cost reduction.
• Liaise with Supply Chain and Engineering for supplier down-selection during NPI and cost targets.
• Manage supply base from concept to end of life to ensure on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree + 3+ yrs in engineering, purchasing, or MPP; or 5+ yrs with BA.
• 9+ years experience in engineering, purchasing, MPP, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Ability to manage external suppliers globally.
• Experience in technical procurement, product development, NPI, and manufacturing.
• Proven track record negotiating pricing and driving results.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
