Supply Chain Planning Manager - NPI

📋 Description

• Lead demand forecasts and material plans for lab/prototype parts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Operations to implement SC processes.
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely sourcing of materials.
• Monitor readiness, inventory, and supplier commitments to avoid disruptions.
• Analyze shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks with mitigation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain management, high-tech preferred.
• Experience supporting Engineering, R&D, labs, or NPI programs.
• Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excel (including VBA), data modeling, ERP experience.
• Data viz tools: Power BI/Tableau/Superset.
