Supply Chain Procurement Specialist – Level 4

📋 Description

• Develop procurement specifications, statements of work, agreement terms, and conditions for
• Lead complex RFQ/RFP processes, including preparing solicitation packages, evaluating proposals
• Source specialized goods and services while balancing cost, quality, schedule, technical
• Negotiate complex contractual terms and conditions, including applicable FAR and DFARS provisions.
• Manage supplier agreements throughout their lifecycle and maintain effective contractual
• Partner with legal, contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development, planning, operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement
• An additional 4+ years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience negotiating terms and conditions in a lead negotiation
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contractual negotiations, and
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is
