🎯 Requirements

7+ years in supply chain, procurement, or PM in aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
Proven supplier performance management in regulated environments.
Expertise in sourcing, contracting, production planning, logistics.
Cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder influence.
Analytical, problem-solving, data-driven mindset.
Export control/compliance knowledge relevant to defense tech.
