Supply Chain Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead readiness via purchasing, supply chain and supplier quality strategies for assigned programs.
• Own supply chain timeline development and execution with top-down constraints and bottom-up dependencies.
• Map supply chain from prototype to production; define performance criteria to guide decisions.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to report readiness and resilience; run programmatic leadership summaries.
• Represent GPSC in program meetings; drive cross-functional discussions to address obstacles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain roles managing hardware development programs.
• 5+ years in hardware development supply chain from prototype to mass production.
• Strong verbal and written communication to audiences at all levels.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
• Advanced analytical skills; transform data with Google Sheets/Excel.
