🎯 Requirements

10+ years in supply chain program management, NPI, and hardware operations.
Strong BOM management, material planning, and procurement experience.
Experience with supplier compliance (TISAX, ISO) and ethical sourcing.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs across Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
Excellent analytical, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
