Supply Chain Program Manager: Inbound

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end inbound process for international products, partnering with vendors, customs
• Manage vendor-facing programs, customs and duty workflows, commercial documentation, and invoice
• Coordinate with vendors and customs broker to resolve documentation, classification, duty, and
• Ensure commercial documents include accurate HS codes and supporting details
• Validate invoices against agreed pricing and shipment information, escalating discrepancies
• Partner with logistics and Hardware Operations to improve inbound handoffs and reduce delays

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or program management including international inbound
• Working knowledge of customs and duties processes, including HS codes and commercial documentation
• Experience managing cross-functional operational processes from vendor coordination through invoice
• Preferred: Experience with medical devices or regulated products
• Preferred: Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality-management systems
• Preferred: Experience negotiating vendor contracts or cost-reduction initiatives
