Supply Chain Security & Assurance Lead

📋 Description

• Lead Anthropic's data center supply chain security program on a 6–12 month horizon
• Build the program and supporting engineering across facilities and sites
• Define policy, supplier assessment, contract security requirements, and evidence pipelines
• Collaborate with Legal Security on contracts and risk acceptance
• Drive industry participation to shape hardware vetting through standards bodies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data center hardware ops or security at hyperscaler scale
• Built data-bearing-device or component traceability program
• Deep command of NIST 800-161 and NIST 800-53 supply chain controls
• Authored security requirements in vendor contracts
• Experience in standards bodies (OCP) shaping hardware specs
• Engineering depth to design data models and evidence pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams
