Supply Chain Specialist

📋 Description

• Material tracking and physical inventory management including proper labelling, storage and handling
• Create purchase orders and related activities through the Procure-to-Pay process
• Perform goods receipt transactions of all direct and indirect materials for Waabi’s Lancaster
• Coordinate shipments to and from Suppliers and across Waabi facilities
• Manage consigned inventory with Waabi’s Suppliers and OEM Partners
• Perform inventory cycle counts and address discrepancies as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Business (Supply Chain/Finance/Management) or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement / Inventory Management Experience
• Familiar with inventory management and logistics
• Familiar with Procure-to-Pay processes including tooling such as PLM, Inventory and Procurement
• Extremely Proficient in Google Workspace
• Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others
