Plan and optimize end-to-end supply chain (procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, orders)
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the supply chain
Serve as the operational liaison among purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering, and sales
Design and implement improvements to supply chain processes and ERP/tools
Document processes, develop SOPs, and drive adoption
Prepare KPI reports on delivery, inventory, and performance; support daily ops

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a supply chain role (logistics, planning, procurement, customer service)
Hands-on mentality; willing to support operational tasks
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gsuite)
ERP experience, ideally NetSuite; strong Excel skills
Fluent in English (spoken/written); German a plus
US Citizenship required
