Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Lead

📋 Description

• Own supply-chain-related FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
• Develop scenario-based forecast models for network changes and shipping program strategies
• Support regional leadership with data-backed business cases for market entry, category expansion
• Lead strategic planning for the 1P network including placement of dark stores and distribution
• Evaluate and recommend logistics network layout changes (e.g., hub-and-spoke vs. point-to-point)
• Design and refine free shipping thresholds and program structures with cost-benefit analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or business
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
• Proven ability to turn complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations
• Demonstrated experience in network modeling, financial modeling, or incentive/subsidy structure
• Experience working with Finance on budgeting/forecasting, P&L drivers, and variance analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach
