Supply Demand Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end demand and supply plans across global product lines.
• Lead S&OP process and align supply with financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for planning.
• Identify supply risks and mitigate constraints.
• Drive NPI transitions, minimize excess inventory exposure.
• Define and report KPIs like forecast accuracy and delivery performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or demand planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong forecasting, ERP, and planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder.
• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and process improvement.
