Supply Expansion Lead

📋 Description

• Build host sales motion from scratch; identify markets/properties and secure capital.
• Build host-level financial models and present investment cases to non-technical owners.
• Own vendor relationships for modular storage units: procurement, pricing, delivery, terms.
• Design and test financing/program structure from Neighbor-owned to host-financed models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive demand to live units and hit occupancy targets.
• Track KPIs (occupancy, host income, time-to-stabilization, CAC) to guide scaling decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Strategy, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in real estate investing, investment banking, consulting, entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Financial modeling: build investment models and explain outputs to non-technical audiences.
• Sales ability: proven track record of convincing capital decisions.
• Operational discipline: stays organized across multiple workstreams in ambiguity.
• Grit: demonstrated follow-through on hard problems.
