📋 Description

• Personally identify, prospect, and secure new US business partners capable of introducing
• Lead partnership discovery, commercial negotiations, referral-right discussions, and agreements
• Own partner performance metrics, including activation, accepted referral volume, lead quality
• Use performance data to identify opportunities, optimize partner channels, and make evidence-based
• Build and document a repeatable acquisition and partner-activation playbook that can be used to
• Coach colleagues and contribute to building a small partnerships team as the economics and volume

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience personally originating US B2B partnerships and taking them from initial
• Demonstrated ability to clearly explain the commercial structure, permissions, payment models
• Strong independent prospecting skills, commercial judgment, negotiation ability, and clear written
• Experience coaching colleagues or managing a small commercial, partnerships, or business
• Experience with seller-side real estate partnerships, original lead suppliers, publishers
• Strong analytical and operational mindset, with the ability to interpret channel performance and
