🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations management (fleet management, transportation, or high-velocity logistics)
• Proven ability to lead large teams and vendor workforces, navigate ambiguity, and resolve
• Strong capability in interpreting complex operational datasets, spotting failure trends, and making
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with
