📋 Description

• Lead vendor management and oversee depot operations to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee supply and demand planning to match staffing with operational needs.

• Build and maintain partnerships across the company and with vendors.
• Enable new infrastructure sites with advanced tooling to support supply.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in operations management, preferably in fleet, transportation, or logistics with a strong
• Excellent leadership, team motivation, strategy execution, and performance improvement capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data analytics tools and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of related work experience in program
• Strong communication and presentation skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder issues while driving pragmatic decisions.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $159,000 – $196,000 USD.
