Supply Planner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply planning for the platform across internal and contract sites
• Lead the move from buffer to Configure-to-Order (CTO) with attach-rate models
• Primary planning contact for contract manufacturers, driving planning cycles and capacity
• SME for SAP IBP/S/4HANA implementation; define requirements and drive adoption
• Help build the function: SOPs, KPIs, and playbook as the team scales

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on supply planning in high-tech/electronics manufacturing
• Direct SAP MM/PP/APO experience; SAP IBP or APS (o9/Kinaxis/Blue Yonder)
• Experience managing capacity, allocation, and cadence with contract manufacturers
• Document business requirements and align demand planning with cross-functional teams
• Strong data fluency and advanced Excel; structure large datasets in ambiguity
