📋 Description

• Focus on platform stability for Rates, Credit & FX IT systems
• Closely work with Traders, Sales and Client teams to ensure technical support
• Manage incidents, communicate with stakeholders
• Change and incident management via ServiceNow
• Work closely with Development teams to fix recurrent issues and enhancements
• Contribute to AI transformation by raising initiatives, creating practical use cases, contributing

🎯 Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in the banking, financial, or capital markets domain
• Analyst, Data Engineering or Support background
• Functional Knowledge on Settlements Securities.
• Calypso Tool Knowledge
• Technical Skills: BAU- Monitoring - Splunk, Geneos, logs; Scripting- Python, shell scripting
• Functional Skills: Functional Knowledge on Settlements Securities; Calypso Tool Knowledge
