• Assist customers, courier partners and venues via live chat and phone
• Help ensure smooth, efficient delivery operations

🎯 Requirements

• No prior CS experience required; training provided.
• Attitude and eagerness to learn matter most.
• Proficient in Hungarian (written and spoken).
• Clear, warm communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for 30 hours/week across shifts; right to work in Hungary.
