🎯 Requirements

• Strong Ads tech background with depth to troubleshoot complex integrations.
• 10+ years leading technical support engineering or software engineering teams.
• 15+ years of experience in technical support engineering or software engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams and empowering senior ICs with clear direction.
• Deep technical experience in application development or infrastructure and operational reliability.
• Automation-first approach with tooling to scale support via AI and systems thinking.
