Escalation of tickets to Engineers of the Card Processing Team
Online monitoring of the in-house card-processing system
Analysis of system events - system logs, etc.
Reception and processing of reverse tasks from internal teams
Performing and automation of routine procedures (including AI automation tools): file exchange, running of system scheduled tasks

🎯 Requirements

1+ year experience supporting card processing systems
Knowledge of card processing operations (authorization/clearing)
Hands-on experience with logging systems (Splunk/CloudWatch/DataDog)
Knowledge of HTTP protocol and API tools (Postman, Swagger)
PL/SQL; writing simple CRUD queries
