Act as technical leader within the Operations Support team.
Receive escalations from Support and resolve within SLAs.
Support Premier level customers per procedures and priorities.
Resolve complex issues in networking, security, virtualization, storage, and DR.
Collaborate with Platform Engineers for advanced troubleshooting and RCA.
Lead by updating internal docs and customer-facing materials.

🎯 Requirements

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
5 years cross-platform support with at least 3 years in a Cloud MSP environment
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong experience with Cisco routers and switches
Proficiency with Veeam/Commvault and DR tools (Zerto, VCDA)
