📋 Description

  • Act as the primary technical contact for partner banks and financial institutions.
  • Investigate and resolve API, connectivity, and workflow support requests.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor support queues and exception management systems.
  • Triage, investigate, and drive incidents to resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to Engineering and coordinate follow-through until closure.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing Support Engineering or Production Support role.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with APIs, REST APIs, and testing with Postman.
  • Familiarity with Grafana, Datadog, Splunk or similar observability tools.
  • Linux command line and networking fundamentals.
