Act as a technical leader within the Operations Support team
Resolve escalations from Support team within SLAs
Support Premier level customers per designated procedures and priorities
Solve complex issues in routing/switching, security, virtualization, storage, and DR
Collaborate with Platform Engineers for troubleshooting and RCA
Lead by updating internal docs and customer-facing materials

🎯 Requirements

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
5+ years cross-platform support with 3+ years in a Cloud Provider or MSP
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong experience with Cisco routers and switches
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows
Familiarity with cloud orchestration and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) is good to have
