📋 Description

  • Work with customers and Customer Success to meet technical needs.
  • Act as a technical bridge between CS and Engineering.
  • Triage and resolve issues across CS, Product, and Eng, including incidents.
  • Translate feedback into engineering actions and escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Eng on triage.
  • Develop reusable, scalable solutions and identify bugs for escalation.

🎯 Requirements

  • HTML/CSS and SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Liquid.
  • Familiar with Webhooks, REST APIs, and API documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • MarTech/AdTech or technical service background preferred.
