Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide high quality and in-depth technical support to internal and external users of Production
• Operate in a fast-paced, cloud-based multi-tenant environment and adapt to new solutions
• Collaborate with team members and escalate when needed to ensure timely delivery
• Understand SLA requirements and manage various severity levels and service requests
• Document knowledge base, runbooks, and incident runbooks; maintain E2E flow documentation
• Contribute automated technical solutions to optimize operational and technical processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ Years of Relevant experience in L2 Technology Support without gaps
• Good Knowledge in Oracle PL SQL/Microsoft SQL/Snowflake, Unix, Basics of Python, Basics of Azure
• At least 2 years Hands-on experience in relative tech stack
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
• Understanding ITIL processes and Production Technology support
• Excellent communication; ability to drive meetings with stakeholders
