Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide remote/onsite IT support to clients
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software faults
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network equipment
• Maintain system performance, security, and reliability
• Document systems and daily activities; monitor logs and incidents
• Collaborate with stakeholders on client projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years IT support experience.
• Strong communication with customers by phone, email and on-site.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MS900/AB900).
• Networking fundamentals (Cisco CCST).
• IT infrastructure including servers and networking equipment.
• Ability to quickly understand technical systems and troubleshoot.
