📋 Description

  • On-site in Perth, 38 hours/week
  • Provide remote and onsite IT support
  • Resolve incidents within SLA; escalate when needed
  • Configure/deploy PCs, servers, and network equipment
  • Maintain system performance, security, and reliability
  • Monitor logs and raise incidents

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 2 years IT support experience
  • Strong customer communication (phone, written, on-site)
  • Microsoft 365 knowledge (MS900/AB900)
  • Networking fundamentals (Cisco CCNA)
  • IT infrastructure incl. servers and network gear
  • IP Telephony/UC (3CX or Teams Voice) desirable
