Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide remote and onsite support for clients including users, networks, systems and installations
• Test, diagnose, repair, configure and upgrade hardware and IT equipment
• Troubleshoot, analyse and identify hardware, software and network system faults
• Configure and deploy PC and Server hardware as well as peripheral and network equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience and relevant qualifications
• Proficiency in 365 Admin, CA, Intune, and basic Autopilot troubleshooting, along with a fundamental
• Knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies including installation
• Previous client service experience
• Understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Exchange
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Cloud Technologies, and IT security
