Provide Level 1 support for the Developer Portal, including incidents.
Be the first point of contact for users, ensuring timely response.
Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and platform access.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2 with proper docs.
Monitor system alerts and address issues proactively.
Maintain and update support docs, KB, and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Software Eng/Data Analytics or equivalent.
1–3 years in Technical, Application, or Developer Support.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and APIs.
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
Experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate.
Foundational knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI concepts.
