📋 Description

• Own and resolve helpdesk tickets for non-enterprise customers, representing approximately 65% of
• Initially focus on non-technical questions related to account management, account access, plans
• Provide clear, helpful, and timely responses that solve customer problems while gradually expanding
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, non-technical ticket categories and reduce manual
• Build and improve automations that help Team Delta handle growing ticket volumes efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging n8n workflows in production environments.
• Comfortable debugging APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data flows.
• Familiar with AWS, GCP, or Azure and has basic Linux fundamentals for troubleshooting.
• Understand networking basics (DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Can explain technical issues clearly and document troubleshooting steps effectively.
