Support Engineer, IT Systems

📋 Description

• Serve as the first IT contact for Zapier staff globally
• Troubleshoot Mac hardware, software, and access issues
• Onboard/offboard users; manage accounts
• Jamf tasks: device enrollment, troubleshooting, unlocks
• Identify recurring issues; build runbooks and self-service guides
• Light engineering: SSO/SAML integrations; Okta Workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years IT support in corporate environments
• Hands-on Okta administration
• macOS support experience
• Empathetic, service-oriented with strong written comms
• Self-directed in a distributed team with async work
• Bonus: Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack or 1Password experience
