Support Engineer - Power Apps and Power Automate

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, including formula and expression errors
• Diagnose data source and connector issues involving authentication, refresh failures, connector
• Resolve Dataverse issues involving tables, columns, relationships, security roles, permissions
• Troubleshoot Power Platform environments and ALM processes, including solution imports, managed and
• Investigate Power Automate Cloud Flow failures involving triggers, expressions, dynamic content
• Support Power Automate Desktop and RPA issues, including machine registration, unattended runs

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience building and supporting Microsoft Power Apps, including both
• Strong practical experience developing and troubleshooting Power Automate flows, including cloud
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, environments, Power Platform security, ALM, DLP
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities, including the ability to investigate error messages, logs
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills, ownership, reliability, and the
