Support Engineer (SQL, Power BI, Java/ Javascript/ Python, Azure, Unix)

📋 Description

• Provide production support for applications by monitoring incidents, performing analysis, and
• Analyze production incidents and document the resolutions applied
• Investigate and analyze verbal and written production incidents, understanding the issue inside
• Document incidents and their resolution, facilitating further resolutions
• Interact with final users in the day-to-day support work
• Interact with different users and read between the lines to facilitate the incidents analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of science degree in computer science or similar field
• 2+ years of production support or software development experience
• Advanced knowledge of one or more software development languages and proficiency in related
• Advanced knowledge of relevant operating systems and communication interfaces
• Ability to communicate and negotiate solutions with production team members
• Experience with 4+ years of IT experience preferred
