📋 Description

• Own CX technical tickets and platform requests.
• Lead customer onboarding and decommissioning workflows.
• Manage data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot environments and perform bulk updates.
• Collaborate with CX, Success, and Implementation teams.
• Build automation to reduce ticket volume and speed up resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• SQL & Database Management: advanced queries for migrations.
• AWS Cloud Infrastructure: RDS, S3, EC2, ECS.
• Kubernetes Orchestration: cluster ops and troubleshooting.
• Terraform IaC: automate provisioning workflows.
• Git/GitHub CI/CD: PRs for Terraform/Helm code.
• English Proficiency: C1-level fluency.
