📋 Description

• Onboard customers: provisioning environments, configurations, integrations
• Decommission customers: data exports, teardown, access revocation
• Data migrations & QA: migrations, validation, transformation
• Technical ticket resolution: troubleshoot envs, bulk updates, platform issues
• CX partnership & communication: coordinate with CS/Implementation on needs and outcomes
• Automation & process improvement: build tools/runbooks to reduce tickets

🎯 Requirements

• SQL & Database Management: complex queries for data extraction and migrations
• AWS Cloud Infrastructure: RDS, S3, EC2, ECS environments
• Kubernetes Orchestration: cluster ops, pod lifecycle, troubleshooting
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform): automated provisioning/decommissioning
• Version Control & CI/CD (Git/GitHub): PR workflows and code reviews
• Helm Deployment: deploy/manage Helm charts for customer envs
