  • Represent APAC for the global Support team; lead APAC hours and standards

  • Raise the technical bar on Postgres, platform, and debugging practices

  • Strong Postgres / SQL foundation; Linux, sysadmin, or backend expertise
  • Supabase-adjacent fluency: auth, storage, serverless, realtime, vector workloads
  • Management experience leading a technical team (support/SRE/platform/engineering)
  • Operational instincts with metrics like FRT, MTR, CSAT
  • Strong written English; can communicate under pressure
  • Customer-centric; bonus: JS/TS with React/Vue/Svelte + Node; OSS
