📋 Description

  • Own and resolve complex escalations with legal, financial, or exec sensitivities.
  • Bridge vendor partners and internal teams; document processes and workflows.
  • Perform deep-dive investigations into systemic errors; advocate fixes.
  • Maintain high-integrity data; turn tickets into insights for Product/Engineering.
  • Partner with Product Support, Legal, Ad Ops, DevRel on high-profile cases and trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in high-tier support, Trust & Safety, or operations.
  • Executive or legal escalations experience is a plus.
  • Strong investigative skills; comfortable digging through logs/data.
  • Translate complex challenges into clear, concise updates.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to coordinate with vendor/internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or related field.
