📋 Description

• Facilitate live virtual peer support groups that help members navigate barriers and experiences
• Create welcoming, inclusive, and psychologically supportive spaces by responding proactively and
• Use monthly themes and provided templates to develop structured agendas, discussion questions
• Balance organic peer conversation with purposeful facilitation, ensuring sessions remain focused
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries, manage time effectively, and use conflict-resolution
• Answer questions about available services and help participants understand and access relevant

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a facilitator, peer support specialist, or in a comparable role.
• 2+ years of experience supporting trans and/or nonbinary individuals through professional work
• At least 1 year of experience facilitating virtual or online support groups, workshops, educational
• Demonstrated comfort facilitating conversations and educational content involving equity
• Experience discussing sensitive topics affecting trans and nonbinary communities, including coming
• Strong empathy, communication, relationship-building, and active-listening skills, with the ability
