Support Manager

📋 Description

• Manage implementation of FreeBalance products for new customers
• Lead relationships with government officials and representatives
• Direct programs end-to-end, including process improvement
• Plan and execute projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage day-to-day project operations and deliverables
• Mentor team and enforce standards across projects

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Admin, Financial Management, Public Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• ERP experience with government projects
• Minimum 5 years implementing financial management systems
• Minimum 10 years in Information Technology sector
• Implemented two financial management system projects in the public sector
• Strong presentation and executive-level communication skills; fluent in English
