Support Manager II, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead the application support function for Grab's finance systems landscape
• Manage a team of internal and external support consultants ensuring effective service delivery
• Act as senior operational owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related finance platforms
• Ensure production stability, lead critical incident resolution, govern Oracle quarterly updates
• Serve as senior escalation point for critical incidents, support Finance and Procurement

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Support Manager in a finance systems or ERP application support
• Good knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes for global systems
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement, including
• Strong technical understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, patches and release cycles, including impact
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close, Oracle Support Service Requests, SOX controls
