Support Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted tools for triage, research, and resolution.
• Own the automation layer across the support stack and cross-tool workflows.
• Partner with Data to provide real-time and historical reporting visibility.
• Identify manual workflows and architect AI-assisted automations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in support operations or CX tooling in AI-forward env.
• Proven track record shipping AI-assisted workflows in live support.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI tooling in CX: LLM copilots, RAG, agent assist.
• Expert familiarity with Zendesk and APIs beyond out-of-box options.
• Built and owned end-to-end reporting systems.
• Strong operational intuition; understands agent friction.
• Clear communicator for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
