Support & QA Engineer

📋 Description

• First-line support for internal users of Voltana platform
• Troubleshooting sites and assets in the system
• Participate in QA strategy and tool selection for Voltana platform
• Manual tests ensuring stability of systems handling millions of events daily
• Design, develop and maintain automated tests using JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright (UI, API
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to integrate shift-left with CI/CD pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in support and testing, incl. manual testing and automation in microservices
• Willingness to expand knowledge in energy domain (OZE, BESS, BMS, PV)
• Experience with Playwright and TypeScript
• Proven ability to diagnose and debug complex technical issues
• Ability to communicate system behavior to technical and non-technical audiences
