๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide Level 1 IT/HR helpdesk support and resolve day-to-day queries.
  • Ticket triaging with Zoho Absence Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
  • Manage employee lifecycle data and HR processes.
  • Maintain records on our proprietary platform; update HR data.
  • Administer benefits for customers and professionals.
  • Communicate queries clearly via email, phone and other channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years Global Shared Services across APAC/EMEA/US.
  • 2+ years in Global HR Shared Services with IT Helpdesk focus.
  • Strong English, problem-solving and HR policy knowledge.
  • IT Helpdesk background with Zoho IT Helpdesk knowledge.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft/Workday/SAP/Zoho/Zendesk/ServiceNow HRMS tools.
  • MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency; excellent time management.
  • Ability to work in international teams; dynamic shifts.
